TRADITIONAL TILE WORKSHOP - LISBON, PORTUGAL

🟦 To paint a tile is to save a story in ceramic and color.

In an old workshop in the Alfama district, between cobblestone alleys and fado music floating in the air, begins this journey through the most characteristic art of Lisbon: the tile.

🎨 Guided by a local artisan, you will learn about the Arab origins of this technique, traditional Portuguese patterns, glaze preparation and hand painting on ceramics. Each participant creates their own decorative tile, inspired by historical styles or totally personal.

🗣️ The workshop is generally taught in Portuguese and English, with clear explanations, visual support and a relaxed atmosphere. No previous experience is required: it is enough to want to play with color and leave a mark on the eternal.
