In a natural and sacred setting, guided by a wise temazcalero, this ancestral ritual invites you to a profound purification of body, mind, and spirit.

Inside the temazcal—a circular stone or mud structure that represents the womb of Mother Earth—the hot steam of medicinal herbs and ceremonial chanting open an inner door. The burning stones (grandmothers) bring the power of fire, while sweat releases memories, burdens, and emotions.

The environment is dark and damp, but beware: you can leave if you need to. It's not about resistance, but about connection. Each person experiences the experience at their own pace, accompanied, supported, and protected.
