🕊️ MEDITATION IN A BUDDHIST TEMPLE – CHIANG MAI, THAILAND
Silencing the mind is listening to the soul

Among green hills and incense trails, a Buddhist temple welcomes you not as a tourist, but as a guest of silence. Here, the experience revolves not around seeing, but rather being.
Led by Thai monks, the retreat offers Vipassana meditation practices, mindful walking, and moments of deep introspection. The sessions begin with chants at dawn and continue with practices that invite you to observe your breath, your thoughts, and the present.
You can attend for a single day or stay between three and seven nights, sharing vegetarian meals, moments of community reflection, and time alone under ancient trees. Teachings are given in English, with occasional assistance in other languages.
The setting is sober and sacred, and modest attire is requested (white or light-colored clothing, shoulders and knees covered). No previous experience is necessary; just a willingness to remain silent and awe-inspiring.
